Sitting across the road from Memorial Park, Ron's Ice Cream is a summer time mainstay of life in Beacon NY. They serve up the classics I love from chili dogs and curly fries to perfectly piled high soft serve and super thick milk shakes. They open in the spring as soon as the snow melts and stay open well into October...can't wait until next spring!
