Café con Leche started as a little coffee hut in the New Hamburg station where i got some java almost every morning before catching my train to the city. I became friends with the owner (Phil), a friendly, charismatic and energetic business owner and got lucky collaborating on his brand and was witness of his success moving from a small wonder to successful full restaurant. Phil brings passion heart and a lot of Puerto Rican Flavor to the village of Wappingers Falls and serves people amazing food as well as a wholesome dinner experience that makes you feel like family.
